Email happieapartment@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Delete my Ark Parental Control account”. We will delete the account and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and login.
• Every child profile you created and every paired device. Paired devices stop monitoring and clear their local data the next time they connect.
• All collected activity: app usage, web history, location history, alerts, call and message logs, screenshots, rules and schedules.
• Your subscription records on our side and your push-notification registration.

What is not deleted

• A paid subscription is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel it; cancel it in your store account’s subscription settings.
• Routine server backups are overwritten on a short cycle, after which no copy remains.
